Treadmills for Hire

I/We, the hirers of the above equipment, will be held responsible and agree to reimburse Byrne's Electric Treadmills for any damage which is caused from neglect or abuse - or if the equipment is lost/stolen or destroyed in part or whole.

I/We accept and understand that a refund will not be paid if I/we break the contract, for any reason, and return the treadmill before completion of the hire term.

I/We will notify Byrne's Electric Treadmills of any change of address or phone numbers during the course of the hire term and will be responsible for the transfer of the treadmill to any new address.
Incorrect use of the electric treadmill can be hazardous, therefore it is imperative children are kept well away at all times to avoid personal injury.

Under no circumstances will Byrne's Electric Treadmills be held liable for any injuries caused directly or indirectly to any persons using the electric treadmill.

Report any malfunctions immediately for repair or replacement. Failure to do so may result in permanent damage to the treadmill.

This equipment is for indoor use only and must be kept unplugged when not in use.
The electric treadmill will remain the property of Byrne's Electric Treadmills at all times.

I/We have read the above and agree to hire the equipment under these terms and conditions.
