Q. Can I buy the treadmill I am hiring from Byrne’s? We service and repair all brands and types of fitness equipment and supply running mats made to order.
A. Yes. We have different models – Walkers, Walker/Joggers, Runners and Deluxe Runners.
Q. Do I receive the money I paid for hiring a treadmill off the purchase price of a new one?
A. Yes. If purchased within the first month of hire. (Click on the Information link at the top of this page for our Hire/Buy Options).
Q. Can I pay for the treadmill in instalments?
A. Yes. Over two x one monthly payments using your credit card.
Q. Will I need to assemble the treadmill I purchase?
A. All new treadmills are delivered in original cartons. You can assemble the treadmill if you wish (approx 1hr) or we can assemble the treadmill and dispose of any packaging before we deliver it for a nominal fee of $66.00.
Q. Is there a delivery charge when I purchase a new treadmill?
A. No. Byrne’s will deliver your new treadmill free of charge anywhere in the Sydney and Wollongong metropolitan areas.
Q. When I order a treadmill will I receive it straight away?
A. If the model you order is in stock, we will deliver the new treadmill within a few days and collect the hire machine (if you have one) at the same time. If we are out of stock, you can keep hiring the treadmill you have at a discounted rate until your new treadmill arrives.
Q If my treadmill needs any repairs after the warranty time has expired, will Byrne’s be able to carry out the service work?
A. Yes. We have a mobile service in Sydney and Wollongong. Our call rates are $120.00 plus parts which includes the first hour, and if needed, transport to and from our workshop. Each additional half hour will be charged at $33.00.
